Obama Takes Aim At Medicare Fraud

President Obama denounced waste, inefficiency and downright
fraud in the government's health care system on Wednesday as he sought
to rally public support for his revamped overhaul plan. "Improper
payments cost taxpayers almost $100 billion last year alone," Obama
said at a rally in this St. Louis suburb.
State Cuts 200 Mental Health Care Jobs

The Minnesota Department of Human Services plans to cut 200 full-time
positions from a program that provides direct care for people with
mental illness, and will close mental health facilities in Cold Spring,
